明洞K旅館1號 (K-Guesthouse Myeongdong 1)

交通方便出門就是地鐵公交，對面就是南山塔，中心位置

No Breakfast despite what the ad says. Walls are paper thin. Bring earplugs - The room was about 1.5 feet longer than a queen bed, not including the tiny washroom. Not much room for luggage. - The fridge was an ok size but the inside was tiny. It looked normal but the interior was so small it could only fit a couple of small water bottles. I don’t understand why such a non functional thing would exist. And the lining would come off of the door when I opened it so I’d have to pop it back in to shut it. - There is no sound proofing. I heard someone footsteps as they walked into the lobby and up to the floor above me. I could hear all the conversations of a mom and her kid on our floor. Someone was coughing all night. Another person was playing music till almost 1am. On night my neighbors were "getting busy" at 1 am, not something I wanted to expose my kid too. There isn’t staff around to complain to. - They only clean your room at most once a week unless you pay. And even at that you need to request it at least one day in advance. - We had the bunk bed and screws were coming out of it. It didn't seem very safe. - You can’t flush toilet paper. That is the rule. You need to put it in the garbage beside it which doesn’t have a cover. This combined with the fact the room only gets cleaned once a week is pretty gross. - The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. - I specifically got this rather than alternatives because it advertised it came with breakfast. I even got a confirmation email for 2 people for each day of my visit. When I showed the clerk the email he told me Covid restrictions didn’t allow breakfast. I told him these restrictions ended years ago, all the places I’ve stayed in South Korea have had breakfast. He just shrugged and said someone must have forgotten to update the booking. I’ve stayed at a few places in South Korea from North to South and this is the only one I gave an unfavorable review to. The location is good but you are better off staying a bit further out and training in.

房間沒有窗子，我們定的寫有窗，屋裡空調是對著床吹的，風速衹能中檔風速，低檔風速會咔噠噠響無法入睡。床上遍佈毛髮類似煙灰的碎屑，這個床是臟的無法上去睡覺。房間內沒有燒水壺想，我們泡麵的話要到外面公共區域去接熱水，但是公共區域燒水壺經常被關掉電源，我們去開了電源燒熱水，等我們過幾分鐘出來接水時候，發現熱水開關是被有人期間關閉的。不得不説酒店的人你們想省電省水不帶這樣欺負房客的！溫水泡的泡麵，也是大寫的服了！我們當天抵達就要求酒店退房，當場兩個小時通過協商被酒店前台拒絕退房。後來找的訂房網站客服幫我們解決，定的連續4晚，僅給我們退了後面兩晚。忍受了兩天垃圾房間後，我們後兩晚去住了天空花園1號店，甚至比這個破店還便宜，各方面無可挑剔呢！

Все понравилось. Все чисто и красиво, за свои деньги лучший вариант в сеуле. Особенно в таком расположении. Стаф приятный и дружелюбный

地理位置非常方便 第一次去想去免稅店 所以找的這個 房間非常小 沒有窗戶 床單很髒 開門很悶 可以定他家有窗戶的 但是估計也不大

房間非常小，基本沒設施，不建議，想清楚再定，價格太貴，窗戶衹有一點點

房間很一般， 我噴了很多防蟲水。地址樓下就是明洞，交通很便利， 入住的時候工作人員不在，自己和孩子把行李拖上樓， 退房的時候工作人員早起幫我們把行李拿下樓的，感謝。 房間電視有Netflix, 孩子很喜歡，這點是我沒想到的。

很小的房間 除了床衹能放鞋子了 無窗 半夜被下水道薰醒 比較臭 地段很好 到酒店已經半夜12點了 前台沒人 留了房卡自取 早上9點離開 前台還沒上班 留房卡在前台 走了便好

到著した時まじか！となるほどの見た目で驚きましたが、中に入ってみると案外綺麗で、設備もしっかりしていました 22時以降はフロントにスタッフさんがいませんでしたが、説明の紙とルームキーが置いてあり、セルフチェックイン出來ました 自分の部屋だけかは分かりませんが、エアコンの暖房が、機能していなく、冷風が出てきて朝起きたら寒い思いをしたので、確認して使った方が良さそうです コンセント等は変換器がロビーに置いてあり、何とかなりました 明洞付近に観光に行かれる方はオススメです

部屋は広い訳ではなかったのですが、 テレビがあったり、近くにはコンビニやStarbucksもあり、便利でした。 接客も良く、また泊まりたいと思いました。
